However, on May 10th and 11th, due to the activation of the western disturbance, there may be instances of gusty winds and rainfall in regions like Udaipur, Kota, and Jodhpur. As a result, a decrease of 2-3 degrees Celsius in temperatures is anticipated from May 11th. Some places in the state are expected to experience light rainfall with thunderstorms continuing until May 12th.

Regarding the weather in Uttar Pradesh, it has been stated that people here may soon find relief from the heatwave and hot winds. Several districts have witnessed the onset of rainfall accompanied by gusty winds. An alert has also been issued by the meteorological department for rain and gusty winds until May 13th. The activity of gusty winds and rain is expected to start from May 8th and continue until May 13th. The department has cautioned the residents accordingly.

The intensity of rainfall is expected to increase gradually in eastern and northeastern parts of Tamil Nadu and eastern Uttar Pradesh. Light rainfall is possible in eastern and southern Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Heatwave conditions may prevail in some parts of Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, interior Karnataka, and western Rajasthan. Over the next 5 days, a heatwave is expected to sweep through western India, including Gujarat, Rajasthan, and western Madhya Pradesh. A cyclonic circulation exists over the lower levels of the North Bihar and northeastern Assam region.
