Farmer registration for selling moong, urad, soybean and groundnut at MSP

Kharif crops are being procured from farmers across the country by the government at the Minimum Support Price (MSP). For this, procurement centers have been set up in all the states. Here farmers can sell their crops. In this sequence, the Rajasthan government has released the time table for procurement of Kharif crops from the farmers of the state. According to this, the farmers of the state in Rajasthan will be able to register from October 20 to sell their produce at the Minimum Support Price (MSP). Please tell that the purchase will be done only from the registered farmers in the state on the minimum support price.

In Rajasthan, it will be necessary to register to sell moong, urad, soybean and groundnut at Minimum Support Price. Without registration, the state government will not buy crops from farmers. So farmers brothers must register themselves. Online registration for the purchase of moong, urad, soybean and groundnut on support price in the state is being started from Wednesday, October 20. Farmers can apply online through E-Mitra. Registration can be done through e-Mitra from 9 am to 7 pm.

More than 868 procurement centers have been set up by the Rajasthan government for the purchase of moong, urad and soybean from the farmers at MSP. Let us inform that in Rajasthan, the purchase of moong, urad and soybean will be started from November 1 and the purchase of groundnut will be started from November 18. The Rajasthan government has set up separate procurement centers for different crops for the convenience of the farmers of the state. In making these procurement centers, special care has been taken that these procurement centers should be made according to the crop production in the districts. The state government has set up 357 procurement centers for moong, 168 for urad, 257 for groundnut and 86 for soybean.

To ensure that the farmers do not face any problem in selling their produce, weighing hooks will be installed at the procurement centers as per the requirement and sufficient quantity of gunny bags will be made available. Apart from this, proper arrangement for proper shade, water etc. will be made at the procurement centers.

In the year 2021, the produce of moong, urad, soybean is to be procured from the farmers by the Rajasthan government at the minimum support price. For this, the government has issued a target. Under this, the Government of India has approved the target of procurement of 3.61 lakh metric tonnes of moong, 61807 metric tonnes of urad, 2.93 lakh soyabean and 4.27 lakh metric tonnes of groundnut.

How to get farmers of the state registered for selling crops

• It will be necessary for farmers to register with E-Mitra to sell their produce.
• To register with E-Mitra, various types of documents like Janadhar card number, Khasra, copy of Girdawari and copy of bank passbook will have to be uploaded along with the registration form.
• The farmer who will get himself registered without girdawari, his registration will not be valid for purchase on support price.
• Only one registration can be done from one Jan Aadhar card.
• Along with this, it will be necessary to register in the same tehsil where agricultural land is there.
