Widespread rainfall in western Madhya Pradesh, Indore received maximum 107.8 mm rainfall – In the second round of rain last night, the clouds were finally kind over western Madhya Pradesh and it rained heavily. It started after 9 pm. Other cities including Indore received widespread rainfall, however, eastern Madhya Pradesh received less rainfall as compared to western. Indore recorded the highest rainfall of 107.8 mm in the state. This rain brought smile on the faces of the farmers. The Meteorological Department has predicted more heavy rains in the next week. The meteorological department has released the figures of rainfall in the state in the 24 hours ended at 8.30 am today are as follows –
