In his interest, the state government is going to implement the 'Kisan Mitra' scheme in the state very soon.Manohar Lal Khattar said that in the absence of awareness such farmers are doing farming by traditional methods. Kisan Mitras will be deployed in each village to help such farmers. These farmer friends will be progressive farmers. These farmers will not only give information about alternative agriculture to the farmers with small holdings, but will also tell about modern technology from seed, crop to sowing to harvesting. Khattar made it clear on the ongoing deadlock over the agricultural laws that Haryana and the central government would not implement the scheme by putting any pressure on the farmers. The decision will be taken which will be in the interest of the farmer.
