Uttar Pradesh Govt will buy the wheat for procurement. Uttar Pradesh Farmers can register for wheat. Registration for the government procurement of wheat in Uttar Pradesh has started on March 6, 2020. The state government will purchase wheat from April 1 to June 15 at the minimum support price (MSP). The farmers who want to sell wheat at the government price, it is necessary to register them. The Center has fixed the MSP of wheat procurement for the year 2020-21 at Rs 1935 per quintal. Farmers can sell their wheat by registration on a given website link.

The poultry industry of the country has been affected due to rumors that the coronavirus has spread from the chicken and the industry is losing Rs 1,500 to 2,000 crore daily. Central Animal Husbandry, Dairy, and Fisheries said that the livelihood of about 10 lakh farmers and five crore people in its associated value chain is facing a crisis due to Coronavirus Fake news. 

Chicken, egg, meat, and fish have no connection with the spread of coronavirus and due to mere rumors, there is a fire or crisis on the livelihood of 10 crore farmers associated with these industries. Due to the spread of Coronavirus, the country's poultry industry has collapsed and the price of chicken has fallen by more than 70 percent. As much as 35 percent of the nutrition is received from this sector in the country, the rumor has not only affected the livelihood of the farmers but also affected the nutrition of the people.

FSSAI has also said that eating meat, fish, and chicken is safe, there is no scientific evidence that the coronavirus can be spread by eating chicken, meat, or marine products. Meat, fish, and chicken are safe to eat and there is no risk of coronavirus outbreak. Also said that in addition to fish, poultry and livestock farmers besides corn and soybean farmers have been affected due to spreading rumors in this regard.
